Who We Are

Initially founded by Trustees of the North Hampton Public Library & Cultural Center, the Foundation is now run by a team of volunteers with business, library, educational, and civic backgrounds who are dedicated to the success of the Library. One of our five Foundation board members is also a current Library Trustee.

The North Hampton Public Library and Cultural Center Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit whose mission is to support the North Hampton Public Library and Cultural Center. The Foundation is registered with the State of New Hampshire Department of State’s Corporate Division, the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Charitable Trust Unit, and the Town of North Hampton, NH. The Foundation has a Certificate of Good Standing from the NH Department of State and has filed the following information with the NH Attorney General's Charitable Trust Unit: 1) IRS Form 1023 Tax Exempt Application, 2) IRS 501 (c) (3) Determination Letter, 3) Articles of Agreement, as amended, 4) Bylaws, as amended, 5) New Hampshire Certificate of Registration, 6) New Hampshire Form NHCT-2A Annual Reports, and 7) Nonprofit Reports, copies of which may also be obtained upon request made to our secretary
